As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.
Responsibilities:
a) Receive requests from 3rd party/customers entities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call.
b) Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm changes, if needed
c) Submit changes on existing policies in system
d) Set up a reminder and follow up with customer on timely manner
Qualifications:
b) 0 – 6 months of customer service experience
