This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight across subject matter functions. Incumbent will work in partnership across the Sutter Health enterprise to ensure department activities meet the strategic priorities by executing on long-term strategies and business plans integrating systems, processes, tools, and capabilities. Requires in-depth industry knowledge and business acumen to differentiate Sutter Health from the competition. Incumbent will identify and fully assess integration risks and opportunities internally and externally, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, etc. Incumbent will develop integration strategies which align to Sutter Health strategy and standards while leading and developing subject area integration project plans. Individual will direct and coordinate internal/external cross-functional teams. This will require the ability to negotiate and influence the opinions of senior leaders inside and outside of Sutter Health. The ability to identify up and downstream integration interdependencies and resolving highly complex issues will be critical to the success of this individual.Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Finance: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or related field or equivalent education/experience
Human Resources: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field or equivalent education/experience
Information Technology: Bachelor's in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent education/experience
Business Intelligence: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent education/experience
Operations: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field, or a related field or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Strong organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong skills in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
Operations
Possess a deep understanding of Sutter priorities across various functional areas (both inside and outside integration efforts).
Demonstrate success and excellent leadership skills and provide success leading a team and working closely with all levels across the organization.
Strong strategic thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience working with executive and leadership across functional teams.
