Key Responsibilities
Administers the release of documents and cargo.
Identifies and brings forward opportunities for improvement of the customer experience and internal processes.
Owns and manages the customer experience. Has responsibility for end-to-end customer experience within the assigned scope, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customers.
Support Import and export operations, register delivery orders etc.
Manage cases through internal portal, control requests and share correct deliver orders to customers.
We are looking for
Graduate who is interested in logistics, transport, or supply chain industries.
Excellent command of Georgian, and English and Russian Languages.
Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
We expect you also have
Customer focus - meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Excellent communication and people skills, comfortable in engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders in an ambiguous environment, with an agile mindset.
