Role: Desktop Engineer
• Install/reinstall Of Customer standardized Image in case of OS issue/new install request.
• IMAC (install, Move, Add, Change) for End user devices
• EUC Peripheral Support
• Resolve issues related to but not limited to laptop/desktop, EUC application support (Microsoft office and other).
• Remote support of Desktop services for small site.
• Coordination with Vendors and Webster internal teams
• Health-check for EUC devise for security patches using SCCM console to ensure all patches are pushed and compliant.
• Service Improvements Procedures
• Hands and feet Support to Network and Windows team
• Cabling and touch services for End user equipment.
• Support for periodic events – annual and interim meetings, board meetings etc.
• Basic support for Tablet/Mobile device Webster application issue
• Reporting
