Technical/Functional Skills
Customer has below expectations on recruiting:
- 10+ years of extensive experience years in implementation and operations of Workday, requirements gathering, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Must have expertise in the Recruitment module.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing, integration, managing, and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment, including proficiency in Workday HCM, recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Performance and Development, Learning, Integrations, Security, Advanced Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics, and/or Expenses configurations.
- Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language.
- Experience of designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio, Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create

- Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Emp Discounts, Contingent Work, nomination procedures etc.,) and Financials Management (General Ledger, Banking, Billing, Accounts Payable etc.,)
- Good understanding and experience in cloud computing, web services, REST APIs and associated integration challenges
- Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and be a key contributor to guiding, developing, and educating others within the Workday practice.
- Workday integration certification is a plus.
- Experience on Workday Extend is a plus.

- Usage of workbooks
- Custom reports on Recruitment
- Talent and performance module as well
- Configuration
- How do we set qtr checkins/annual checkins
- How to configure the templates
- How the check-in flows all the way from goal settings, manager review etc.
