- Technical/Functional Skills:
- Ability to support ECC and S4 HANA 1909
- Knowledge of P2P processes
- Configuration of Accounts Payable module including
- automatic payment program, DME
- Strong experience in FICO
- Troubleshooting the PTP issues
- Knowledge of Electronic Bank Statement Configuration
- Knowledge of In-House Cash is a must.
- Ability to work and troubleshoot EDI scenarios.
- Good knowledge of Interfaces with third party systems
- Integration with MM and FI
- Good understanding of chargebacks from a vendor perspective
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work on projects or support work (Devops) as the situation demands.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering - lead the requirements discussion with the business if needed
- Understand the existing process and the ability to suggest and implement solutions to existing issues.
- Work on enhancements, and process improvements.
- Testing the configuration changes-regression testing, integration testing, UAT
- Interact with Business and IT teams as necessary to drive the resolution of issues.
- Clear communication to business and other IT teams when needed.
- Willingness to learn new skills, and tools if needed
- Generic Managerial Skills:
- Guide and lead onshore and offshore teams as appropriate
