Weekend Shift: Sat - Sun, 4am – 2:30pm (20+ hrs/week)

What you will do:
As a Machine Operator II, you will be responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.
- Under some supervision, operate simple to intermediate manufacturing equipment (may include CNC Machines)
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate records
- Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents
- Read basic part prints/blueprints and understand general machine functions
- Assist in execution of continuous improvement projects
- Identify and report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors
- Assist execution of continuous improvement projects
- Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
What you need:
- High School or GED Preferred
- One (1) Year Manufacturing Experience Preferred
- CNC Experience Preferred
- Ability to train some during the week Preferred
