How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The PTP Analyst will support our Procure to Pay team and will be responsible for reviewing Purchase Orders requests for LATAM, ensure the timely and accurate regional purchasing procedure, purchasing policies are applied and administrate and control the purchasing process. This role will collaborate with Regional Buyers, Finance, Master Data and Invoice Processing team.
The ideal candidate should have Procure to Pay knowledge and should have proven history of building and maintaining excellent client service relationships, excellent communication skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to business priority changes with ease.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Review Purchase Orders requests for LATAM, focusing on Puchasing Policy and Account Assignment.
2. Guide and support Casual Buyers in purchasing procedure.
3. Customer Service agent.
4. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required to support the Procure to Pay needs.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent in working experience.
- At least 1+ years of experience in administrative tasks.
- Be a person with good diction and communication.
- High analytic, be detail-oriented and observant in order to detect any inconsistency within the documentation and requests received.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (specially Excel) and COUPA is a plus.
- Advanced level of english.
