Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st Shift:  Mon - Fri  7am – 3:30pm, OT based on production needs

What you will do:

As the Production Scheduler, you will assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.

  • Understand work flow within manufacturing processes
  • Run Daily Plan and other standardized tools to assist the value stream leadership
  • Work with Value stream purchaser and review at appropriate frequencies; raw material Purchase Orders (Pos) and sub component POs
  • Monitor aged WIP, Open balances on POs and Receive/ Inspect inventories
  • Ensure the data integrity of all planning models and Oracle systems
  • Work with PTL to plan production resources, OT levels, Resource Level Loading, and WIP Inventories
  • Cut routers to the floor, archive routers, cycle counts on WHs, and Raw material storage/ Lot control
  • Quickly address issues via counter –measures/ trouble-shooting with focus on root cause continuous improvement planning
  • Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends 

What you need:

  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Three (3) years relevant manufacturing experience, required
  • Experience working in a GMP environment, preferably in the Medical Device industry, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email), preferred
