What this opportunity involves: 

As the Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of a vibrant, retail precinct in South Yarra, 670 Chapel Street 

With a deep understanding of the asset and exemplary delivery of business plans, reporting, strategy execution and stakeholder engagement, you’ll be providing a high level of client satisfaction. 

Work with the wider building management team, consisting of the Centre Manager, as well as an Administration Manager and Operations Manager.  

An Overview of the role:  

  • Provide leadership to the centre staff, as a senior representative of JLL and to ensure the proper Management of the centre. 

  • Ensure delivery of the centre’s Business Plan objectives, and budgetTo add value to the investment. 

  • Operate the centre according to good retail property principles – looking to increase sales and foot-traffic to ultimately increase the return on investment to the owner. 

  • Provide superior client service, for those clients allocated as your responsibility, and to ensure all staff reports provide the same service standards. 

  • Strategically consider the tenancy mix of the asset and to attract retailers accordingly.

  • Experience in managing a sub-regional retail asset 

  • Proven ability to lead a team 

  • Excellent customer relationship building skills 

  • Exhibits strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and influence a diverse stakeholder base 

  • Commercially astute, identifying opportunities which will drive income and overall centre performance
