Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will perform legal and regulatory research and memo drafting.
• You will do contract review and risk database inputs.
• You will work on corporate governance matters re docs drafting and review.
• You will do internal coordination and support.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor or Master of Law degree from a reputable law school in China or abroad.
• Experience in law firm or MNC inhouse preferred.
• You need to work 3 – 6 months & 4 – 5 days per week (remote work may be allowed).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese language both written and oral.
