The Call Center Coordinator provides competent, thorough customer service skills through phone interviews, face-to-face evaluations for intake, crisis calls, and community referrals. Conducts assessments and assigns patient to the proper level of care in collaboration with the medical staff. Apprises patients/guardians of rights, verifies and certifies insurance benefits, starts financial counseling, obtains custody documents, registers patients and obtains legal consents. Works closely with the Medical Director on Physician availability and bed control. Plan and monitor all staffing for nursing Services under the direction of a resource nurse. Serve as an "on-call" resource for staffing coverage assistance, coordination and troubleshooting. This may require working as a Unit Clerk/MHS as needed and/or assigned. Provides other duties as assigned.Job Description:
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
