As the Program Manager IV at Sutter Health, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Office of the President & CEO. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, your responsibilities will include preparing for key system meetings (including agendas and slide decks), supporting special projects, drafting process documentation and templates, developing monthly reporting materials, and other duties as assigned.We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skill set:
• Exceptional project and program management capabilities.
• Background in graphic design, with a demonstrated talent for creating visually compelling and clear presentations.
• Keen eye for details and clarity, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective coordination and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt work hours flexibly to meet the demands of various projects.
• Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation design, as well as Excel and Word.
• A Master’s Degree in a healthcare field is preferred.

Job Description:
The candidate selected for this role will work on site at either our River Plaza or Emeryville location. This is not a remote role.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.
Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors.
