Skill: Governance Change Manager/Governance Quality Lead
- PMO Governance, Change Management, ITIL, Remedy, JIRA.
- Responsible for the managing technology change risks and ensuring compliance of enterprise standards related to material and non-material technical changes.
- Works directly with Developers, Product Owners, Change Coordinator and Change Manager well as Risk and Compliance partners.
- Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in the banking industry.
- Understanding of Enterprise Change Standards.
- Understanding of tools - CECE, PPRT.
- Prior experience with Agile Framework.
- Understanding of tools Remedy, JIRA.
- Strong experience with PMO Governance and Project Management Quality Assurance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others.
- Strong experience with Enterprise change standards.
- Individual contributor who is comfortable owning deliverables.
- Ability to work in a high paced work environment.
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities.
- Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams.
- ITIL Foundation or ITIL Service transition certified.
