Skill: Governance Change Manager/Governance Quality Lead
  • PMO Governance, Change Management, ITIL, Remedy, JIRA.
  • Responsible for the managing technology change risks and ensuring compliance of enterprise standards related to material and non-material technical changes.
  • Works directly with Developers, Product Owners, Change Coordinator and Change Manager well as Risk and Compliance partners.
  • Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. 
Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience in the banking industry.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Change Standards.
  • Understanding of tools - CECE, PPRT.
  • Prior experience with Agile Framework.
  • Understanding of tools Remedy, JIRA.
  • Strong experience with PMO Governance and Project Management Quality Assurance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others.
  • Strong experience with Enterprise change standards.
  • Individual contributor who is comfortable owning deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a high paced work environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • ITIL Foundation or ITIL Service transition certified.
