- Defines requirements and designs and verifies architecture, data and information management systems and components to meet HR requirements. Prepares initial design constraints and ensures solution is effective and compliant with Boeing standards. Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle. Develops and maintains architecture views and models, especially for public and private cloud solutions and HR SaaS platforms.
- Supports technical aspects of UX design including threat modeling of external SaaS vendor evaluations. Identify security, integrations and infrastructure model. Initiates and reviews Security by Design and Privacy by Design activities with business partners and vendors.
- HR Solution architects requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will interact and coordinate with a variety of technical and non-technical customers in order to perform their work statement. Must be comfortable with simultaneously organizing and working across multiple teams and projects.
