Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our undergraduate placement schemes.
This role provides essential support to both Disney Character Special Events and Corporate Brand Management teams, across every line of business, within Europe, Middle East & Africa. The intern role is vital to help the team to deliver over 200 events a year, as well as supporting the Brand team to protect our beloved brands.
Within the Events team, the successful candidate will work on a variety of events including CSR initiatives, product launches, internal cast celebrations, launch and new news media events, bringing our Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel character stories to life, executing events to the world class standards that our brands are synonymous for.
For CBM the intern will be responsible for the smooth running of our approval systems and will support the team at brand clinics where they will capture and communicate all brand direction given to the attendees, working closely with the whole team. They will organise the regular brand training sessions across the business and keep all training materials up to date and fresh. They will support the team in vetting influencer talent used by our business. They will support the busy brand team in reviewing marketing materials, events and activations where required.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Eligibility
Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2025
Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
Available to start working full time in the summer of 2024

Requirements
