At Army and Navy Academy, we believe greatness lies in every boy. But first, they need to believe in themselves. Every day, we listen, challenge, and encourage boys to imagine and accomplish their goals. We know that we will discover the best self when we believe in a boy and nurture best aspirations.

Since Army and Navy Academy's founding in 1910, our Cadets have felt loyalty to our nation's military leadership and training institutions. From our country's various service academies, we take pride in inculcating their values, traditions, and sense of duty to one's community and nation. Tradition plays an integral part in our Cadets' experience and accomplishments.

After nearly a year of collaboration across departments, focus groups, strategic planning, the Army and Navy Academy forged its latest, 5-year Strategic Plan, providing the Academy, its Cadets, families, patrons, and community to understand who we are, what we strive to become, and how we will successfully achieve our mission.

For over 100 years, the trustees, administration, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and community have worked together to continue our tradition of accomplishment. We look forward to the challenges and opportunities the next 100 years will present.

We encourage everyone connected with the Academy to read our Strategic Plan and join in the effort to achieve our mission successfully and make a difference in the lives of the young men who attend the Army and Navy Academy.

Army and Navy Academy is a premier, college preparatory, military boarding school for young men. Internationally recognized, the Academy's structure instills pride in its Cadets and empowers them to develop academic excellence, leadership, and character traits to succeed in life.

The Academy's Master Infrastructure Plan articulates a vision for our long-term expansion and modernization, geared towards these critical objectives:

• Build new student housing, which will allow for 100 more students on campus, both during the school year and in summer programs.
• Provide new residential facilities to accommodate on-site housing of faculty and staff.
• Construct an academic building to create needed modern classroom facilities and the necessary academic space for new students.

This considerable endeavor can not be completed without the Army and Navy Academy community's extraordinary generosity, including the Duffield family, and many other donors. When conceived, the entire Master Plan was estimated to cost $75 million — to fulfill this vision, we seek to raise the necessary funds to fulfill all aspects of the Master Plan.

With the city's approval and support, the Academy will continue to move forward with the Master Site Plan to revamp our entire campus. This is an exciting time at the Academy. Completing the Master Plan will fuel another century of success for Army-Navy cadets, fulfilling our mission to educate and develop good character in young men.
