The mission of Mount Aloysius College is to respond to individual and community needs with quality programs of education in the tradition of the Religious Sisters of Mercy. More than ninety-four percent of MAC students receive financial aid with the average aid package over $10,000. We award millions of dollars in scholarships each year and also offer grants and work-study. Mount Aloysius College realizes that attending College can be a financial challenge for students and their families. At the College, we maintain tuition at competitive levels.
Our student population comprises many states, including California, Kentucky, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. Several countries are also represented on campus, including England, Poland, Macedonia, Ireland, Greece, South Korea, and Jamaica.
Mount Aloysius College is committed to providing a variety of services to improve our students' overall wellness. Our Licensed Counselor offers a broad range of confidential services that address our students' psychological, educational, developmental, and social needs. Our counselor will help students learn better ways to cope with their stressors and establish goals that will enhance their overall academic and personal experience. Any full or part-time undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at Mount Aloysius College may use our services. Services are free, voluntary, and confidential.
Students can meet with a counselor to discuss any personal concerns they are experiencing. The goal is to help students learn to cope with their stressors to focus on their academics, and function more effectively and independently in their personal lives. Brief counseling is utilized, and outside referrals will be made for longer-term counseling needs.
Mount Aloysius is an exceptional Catholic college founded and sponsored by the Religious Sisters of Mercy.
