More than 40 years ago, Granite State College embraced a mighty goal: no matter where you live, no matter your age or income, if you are motivated to pursue a college education, you should have access to it. Since 1972, this has been our purpose.
In our earliest days, we featured evening and weekend classes that fit the schedules of working adults. We have steadily built upon this foundation. Today, you will find courses offered online with a range of flexible options. Support is available both virtually and in-person so that you will have guidance every step of the way.
With an associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees, post-baccalaureate programs for teachers, credit for prior learning, and a variety of transfer opportunities, we emphasize areas of study responsive to employers' needs.
The Mission of Granite State College is to expand access to public higher education to adults of all ages throughout the state of New Hampshire and beyond.

Students who need assistance with tuition and other costs related to their education may find help through one of several financial aid programs at Granite State. Federal, state, and most institutional aid programs require the filing of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
