The school admits pupils to full-time to the reception class following their fourth birthday. Our vision at Ysgol Llechryd is to provide a school where all pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the community collaborate to provide a welcoming, caring, stimulating, and safe community to encourage effective learning and instill a sense of pride in themselves, their school and their community. Every individual within the school community is appreciated and respected and we celebrate our achievements together. The children, their education, and their well-being are central to the entire decision-making process at Ysgol Llechryd.

We strive to achieve our vision by providing a diverse, well-balanced, and enriching curriculum that includes plenty of engaging learning experiences and good supporting resources that will stimulate the natural curiosity of every child, irrespective of ability, race, or gender.

Our vision and wish are to see the lives of all pupils leaving Ysgol Llechryd having been enriched and improved through the experiences gained at the school and that every pupil will be equipped to become lifelong learners.

We aim to create a happy, safe, and stimulating learning environment in which all members of the school community build confidence and develop their full potential. At Ysgol Gynradd Llechryd we aim to create safe and happy teaching and learning atmosphere that stimulates and provides for the spiritual, moral, mental, and physical development of all children, by promoting high expectations throughout the school. We aim to ensure that all pupils have the opportunity to develop their full potential and thrive in a caring, supportive, digital bilingual school culture.

Aims and Objectives:
