We are a boarding and day school for girls and boys aged 2 to 18. Life at Warminster is a busy one, filled with academic and co-curricular activity, discovery, and adventure.

Our aim is simple: to inspire a life-long love of learning in those around us. Every day we use our expertise, ingenuity, and enthusiasm to do just that. All children enjoy and are good at something, and a school’s job is to help them find and nurture their talents. We believe that a passion pursued now will offer untold opportunities for the future.

We are a thriving boarding and day school offering exceptional all-around education to pupils from 3-18. We offer both A-Levels and the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Sixth Form, as well as being one of few schools to offer the IB Career-related program.

We are a school steeped in history with a strong sense of tradition, but one that is not afraid to innovate and take risks. We transmit this to our pupils who are encouraged to try new things, push out of their comfort zones and embrace failures as the best way to achieve success. This is all done in a supportive and nurturing environment, where the sense of community is tangible and authentic. It was that feeling of community that first drew me to Warminster School and we know that you will experience the same connection when you come to visit us.

Strong individual academic achievement is the central pillar of a Warminster education and this will always be the case. However, we firmly believe that what happens outside the classroom is just as important as what happens inside it. We seek to challenge and inspire our pupils through an extensive extra-curricular program including a thriving sports program, CCF, and outdoor pursuits, as well as formidable arts, offer.

Personal and proactive pastoral care is at the heart of what we do at Warminster and our dedicated and talented staff know the pupils as individuals and nurture and mentor them accordingly. We put great importance on the key values of integrity, service, compassion, and kindness and we take pride in developing young people with self-confidence and high self-esteem.

In truth there is no ‘typical’ Warminster pupil and nor should there be. As a community, we are happy if our pupils get stuck in, give things a go and always push themselves to achieve their potential. In doing this we find they develop a sense of direction, happy memories, and long-lasting friendships.
