It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Northop Hall CP School where you will find a hard-working environment where children enjoy learning and strive to do their best. Our staff is talented and dedicated people who work extremely hard to ensure all children reach their full potential and leave Northop Hall as rounded individuals. Parents and Governors work in partnership with us to provide a lively, stimulating, and caring environment. Together we teach children new skills and develop their knowledge, using the latest technology and in fun ways. We have very high expectations of all our pupils, both in their work and behavior.
A happy environment where children are inspired and challenged enabling them to develop into independent and responsible lifelong learners. By offering a broad, balance, skills-based learning experience our child-centered approach provides the purpose and inspires each individual to learn and work towards their potential.
By giving responsibility to our children in various circumstances throughout the school, including the school council and eco committee, we develop the skills of decision making, building a culture of respect both for self and others, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
By providing challenging activities and wider opportunities to develop thinking skills, we help each individual to develop thinking skills, we help each individual to develop an open mindset, leading to both high academic standards and personal achievement in the wider world.
By taking a cooperative approach to a wide range of activities, both in the classroom and in wider aspects of school life, we provide opportunities for children to develop their self-motivation and esteem, build teamwork skills and become problem solvers who can apply their skills in a variety of situations.
Maintaining high levels of attendance is a priority in our school and our target is to be above 95% to give everyone the best chance to achieve. Maintaining and even bettering this percentage is our goal and we will continue to closely monitor our situation. To do this, we need your help and your children in school.
