We would like to welcome you and your child to Caedraw Primary School. Your child’s first years of education are so important and this prospectus will answer some of your questions about our school, its aims, our vision, curriculum, and the many activities your child will engage in. At Caedraw we aim to give the best education to your child. To achieve this we need to work in partnership with parents to ensure that every child is a happy, confident, secure individual realizing their full potential. By creating a caring environment with an emphasis on co-operation and mutual respect we expect a high standard of social behavior from the children.
As a caring school, we also strive to develop values such as honesty, respect, confidence, patience, determination, tolerance, and interpersonal skills to help them to succeed not only in school but beyond into adult life in an ever-changing world. We constantly aim to improve - working together and learning from one another as well as our community around us. We seek to engage all in our learning journey, improving as a learning community: pupils, parents, governors, staff, and the wider community moving forward together to provide the best possible opportunities for our pupils within a supportive and stimulating learning environment. This can only be achieved by working together and we look forward to meeting you. Our doors are always open to you as well as your child. Please do not feel that any problem is too small for discussion with either your child’s class teacher or myself.
