The mission of the Student Success Center at Capitol Technology University is to assist students in all programs of study, enhance their academic knowledge through interdependent learning. Students receive assistance from their peers in a fun environment, fostering personal development within a community of scholars. You don't have to go it alone if you want good grades. The Student Success Center offers students more than one way to succeed. The Student Success Center targets notoriously difficult subjects and lends you a hand in making the grade.

As an international student, you will appreciate our small class sizes, specialized degree programs, and a great location near Washington, DC. At this time, Capitol is only approved to admit international students for undergraduate programs.
For adult learners not seeking a degree, short courses, seminars, and modules of the educational curriculum will be made available for short-term training sessions (though the credits may transfer toward degrees). These activities, which focus on information assurance and leadership/management, are designed to develop skills and assist professionals in achieving relevant certifications to advance their careers.

At Capitol Technology University, we consider you a first-time freshman applicant if you have never enrolled in a college or university after receiving a high school diploma. If you received college credit while attending high school, you're still considered a freshman. You will appreciate the flexibility of our graduate programs before you even start. As a master's student, you can apply — and be accepted — at any time. Courses are eight weeks long and are offered in six terms throughout the year. After applying, you can begin taking courses in the next term. Note, however, that there are deadlines for financial aid.
