Princeton Academy of Canada is Canada's reputable private high school. It is located in Markham, Great Toronto area, Ontario. As a high school with professional, experienced staff and Certified Ontario Teachers, Princeton Academy of Canada Inc. (PAC) is your destination where students can learn, lead and achieve success in a positive, character-based, safe, and supportive environment. Effective partnerships with parents and the community create a shared commitment to support students in all program pathways. PAC is committed to providing a learning environment that emphasizes academic excellence and individual growth.
Besides PAC offering credits toward the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), PAC is maintaining a good relationship with Canada and the U.S. leading universities and provides a strong foundation for its students to prepare for studying in their dream universities.
Our classes vary in size and are made up of students representing a broad range of abilities, interests, needs, and diversities. Our teachers will use various instructional techniques to engage student interest and maximize individual learning within a group teaching environment.
Princeton Academy of Canada has a dedicated team of caring, highly trained, qualified, and experienced teachers and school staff. All teachers are certified with the Ontario College of Teachers, many with Master's and Doctorate degrees. Teachers at Princeton Academy of Canada teach beyond the course material and help students understand all concepts through learning in various methods and techniques. Students will be taught how to learn on their own and how to understand the material.
Princeton Academy of Canada takes full advantage of the education system in Ontario. PAC adopts the semester-system, with three semesters and two summer sessions in each school year. There are Fall Semester (September to December), Winter Semester (January to April), Spring Semester (April to June), and Summer Sessions (July and August). Students with an excellent academic foundation can complete the university preparatory courses (minimum six Grade 12 courses) within six and a half months. This effectively saves time for students to get into college/university earlier than is expected in the public school system.
