Gold Coast Christian College

Our College was started over 30 years ago by a group of passionate parents who had the vision to provide a nurturing Christian environment for education in our region. I believe that what we have on offer here is more than academics, more than sporting opportunity, and more creative arts. What we offer is a community built on Christ-centered, service-oriented, innovative learning. With over 30 years of experience in teaching and equipping young people for life, our College is a boutique Christian environment - parents call us the Gold Coast's best-kept secret!
At the College, we pride ourselves on having "old school" values, including acceptance, tolerance, treating people with respect and dignity. We are a medium-sized school and growing, which puts us in a unique position to nurture our care's children. Our staff know our students by name and are a dedicated team of hardworking, committed Christians. They are second-to-none in their care level and continue to strive for excellence with students every day. Teachers who love to learn love to teach, and this is a powerful motivator for our students. We offer learning tailored to the individual, with gifted and talented extension programs and learning enrichment programs running concurrently with our general curriculum.
Service orientation is distinctive at our College, with a range of service opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally in which students may be involved. We believe that learning is enhanced by understanding others' needs and has watched the growth of our students in this area with pride.
Parents form an integral part of our wider college community, and we value our parents' input through various volunteering opportunities. We encourage parents to be engaged with and support their child's learning journey. From our experience, children learn best when the College and parents work in partnership.
The College campus has a unique rural setting and is centrally located in Reedy Creek. A private bus system operates on the major arterial roads from Coomera to the Tweed River.
