We provide education and training in a range of vocational occupations such as art and design, hair and beauty, bricklaying, plastering, plumbing, and many other construction trades. We have a specialist motor vehicle and engineering workshops and facilities for health and social care, computing, science, and sport. Whatever career you have in mind, Stockport College has a technical and vocational route available for you. You will gain the skills required to be successful and gain employment. Many of our occupational areas are in high-demand subjects with national skills shortages, which means you will never be out of a job if you get the right skills. Construction trades such as brickwork, electrical, plumbing, gas, plastering, painting, and decorating are good examples and are based in the North West's best facility, if not the country.
