Okan University, one of Turkey's youngest and the most dynamic universities, was founded by Okan Culture, Education, and Sports Foundation in 1999 and began its academic life in 2003-2004. Our vision is to become a world-class university which contributes to the betterment of the nation and its business life by providing an education of the highest standards and thereby preparing its students to enter the modern business world, ensuring that they are open to domestic and foreign competition, and instilling them with social responsibility and environmental consciousness.

Okan University gives particular importance to its international relations. The specialized, practice-oriented education that Okan provides necessitates cooperation with international universities that focus on the same characteristics. Okan University's Erasmus Programme Office coordinates and implements our bilateral and multilateral agreements and protocols with European universities while helping students find and select universities for study- abroad.
ISEP (International Student Exchange Program) is an international student exchange network that has more than 300 member universities in 50 countries 146 universities in the USA, 4 in Canada, 12 in the UK, 23 in France, 9 in Spain, 7 in Sweden, 14 in Australia, 8 Japan, 4 in Argentina. Okan University is the first member university in Turkey. ISEP has prestigious universities in its network in different continents. Besides promoting academic and cross-cultural learning through its worldwide network of higher education institutions, ISEP also facilitates academic mobility through innovative and affordable programs to achieve authentic global learning.
