The department management: IT CUT prepares students for IT functions now required in all economy and management sectors. This academic training allows the student to access the double competence in management and information technology, focusing on the acquisition of methods rather than learning specific tools or techniques. The objective is to train managers capable of mastering new technologies and understand their multiple interactions in the organization with information systems design methodologies and project management methods.
Studies are conducted for over three years. They prepare students to master computer languages such as Cobol, Basic, Pascal next to accounting matters, business law, business organization, marketing, and general culture. Training courses (20 weeks total) in business are required, after the last two years, to sensitize students to business life and human relations. Education is provided in lectures and tutorials; an important place is given to practical and laboratory work.
