Statute of the European University of Rome, approved by Ministerial Decree May 4, 2005, published in the Ordinary Supplement to the Official Gazette no. 110 of May 13, 2005 – General Series and issued with the Rector's Decree no. 14-ter of August 4, 2006.
On January 12, 2007, the European University of Rome established the European University Foundation, a private non-profit law institution, to support and promote the European University of Rome. On November 5, 2008, the European University Foundation had recognized legal personality and was entered in the prefect's register.
The European University Foundation aims to ensure the European University of Rome's autonomy, independence, and economic balance. It finances educational infrastructure, promotes educational and research activities, builds and operates educational and research areas, and promotes the right to education by establishing research grants.
The Quality Presidium is the University body established under Ministerial Decree 47/2013 and ANVUR, the Self-Assessment System document, Assessment and Accreditation of the Italian university system. This body plays a crucial role in ensuring the academic quality (AQ) as a guarantor, within the articulated university system, of the quality of curricula and teaching facilities through the student's centrality.
