Career Services offers assistance to students and alumni with career development and employer relations. Students are encouraged to explore the resources posted on this website and take an active role in career preparation, during each year of study, to become "career ready." Admission to Tusculum's Adult and Online Studies program can enhance the career opportunities for working adults. Applicants meeting the minimum requirements as stipulated for each Adult and Online Studies program will be afforded regular admission. If one or more of the requirements is not met, provisional acceptance may be granted. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness provides support for strategic planning, and assists with the improvement of educational programs, academic support activities, and administrative processes through the provision of selected university-wide data. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness uses the university's mission statement and the associated goals and objectives as the foundation for institutional research and evaluation activities. Institutional Research provides data analyses, reports, and other information to assist with practical and informed decision-making across the university. All Institutional Research activities are conducted to supply the highest level of service and data integrity possible.
