      1. In 1959, the establishment of Tarumanagara Foundation on June 18, 1959. Establishment of Tarumanagara Economic College, Department of Corporate Economics, as the forerunner of Tarumanagara University. In 1962, the establishment of Vocational School of Architectural Engineering on October 1, 1962. Then this school menajdi Faculty of Engineering Department of Architecture. And now it is one of the oldest Private Architecture Engineering Department in Indonesia. The establishment of the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Architectural Engineering, and the Faculty of English. Then the faculty â €, "the faculty formed Tarumanagara University. In 1965, in line with the founding committee of the Tarumanagara Foundation, which is engaged in education and health, the Faculty of Medicine was founded on October 1, 1965. In economic development, entrepreneurs' active participation is needed to create jobs that can absorb many human resources. It all boils down to a university as an educational institution. Its role is vital in preparing graduates with competence and competitiveness highly qualified. Especially now has come the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA), which open the tap of the flow of trade in goods and services and professional workforce. Since its founding to date, we have consistently put forward the integrity aspect as a top priority for forming successful individuals. This commitment is also reinforced by building the spirit of professionalism and entrepreneurial mindset, according to our vision of Being a Superior Entrepreneurial University with Integrity and Professionalism in Southeast Asia. We continue to develop an educational curriculum based on professional competence standards. Qualified faculty, representative campus facilities, integrated information, communication technology (ICT) systems, and strong collaborative networks, both with alumni and other agencies, contribute to producing competent human resources. The vision of Tarumanagara University Being a Superior Entrepreneurial University with Integrity and Professionalism in Southeast Asia. The mission of Tarumanagara University Conducting education based on the values of Integrity, Professional, and Entrepreneurship (IPE). Organize and develop tri dharma activities for all academic civitas based on integrity, professionalism, and entrepreneurship values. Organizing activities to improve the community's welfare through the use of science, technology, and art on an ongoing basis. Establish cooperation with various parties, both domestic and foreign, in order to expand the network. The purpose of Tarumanagara University Establish and produce graduates with national insight, respect plurality, and uphold the nation's morality and virtue. To form and produce graduates with integrity, professional and entrepreneurship ability. Produce and develop science, technology, and art that benefit society, nation, and country.
