Peirce College in Philadelphia, PA, happily welcomes applications for admission from all over the globe, with learners having a desire to pursue career-oriented education into our diverse student body. Our associate, bachelor's, master's, and certificate programs are open to international student applicants. Once Peirce's Admissions Team has reviewed and approved all of these items, we will move forward with providing you with the documents you need to obtain an F1 student visa. If you plan to pursue your degree or certificate from Peirce entirely online, you will most likely need to reside outside of the United States. If so, you will not need an F1 student visa, but you still must meet or exceed all academic requirements. Peirce College follows an Academic Advisor Model to help our independent, adult students complete their degree programs effectively and efficiently. As a Peirce student, you will be assigned a professional Academic Advisor based on your selected primary or specific academic needs. Our academic advising team will help you plan out your academic program and make the College's services' best use. As a working adult, you have a constant stream of responsibilities to delegate your time to, but you can manage it all – even if you do need a little bit of help doing it. Our team of advisors will show you how to establish goals, better manage your time, prepare for upcoming exams, and more. Your advisor will get you everything you need to make College doable to make it possible for you to succeed in the classroom and earn your degree. If you are a new student, they will listen to your education and career goals and recommend one of our career-driven programs. The Peirce College Career Development Services (CDS) Center supports your career development by providing personalized guidance for career exploration, access, and success. We provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to help you develop the skills and abilities you need to advance your personal and professional growth and become academically prepared and equipped with the latest business skills to meet employers' talent needs. When you enroll at Peirce, you'll be able to take advantage of workshops and events hosted by CDS to enhance the professional development of Peirce students and create networking opportunities with industry experts and employers. Peirce students attending our Philadelphia campus can also benefit from experiential opportunities such as the Work-Study Program, the Cooperative Education Program, professional development workshops, and graduate school preparation. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Peirce is one of the oldest accredited colleges offering a completely online degree program. At the turn of the 21st century, we created Peirce Online, enabling students to access quality Peirce courses through the internet. We were one of the first schools to offer online degrees, and we're still making them available today to students in the Greater Philadelphia Region and beyond. Our students value the ability to get the same experience online as they would here on our Center City campus, so that's exactly what we give them. In 2013, Peirce College launched its first master's degree program, marking the latest milestone in one of America's oldest colleges' rich history. In 2015, Peirce College engaged the services of market research firm Chadwick Martin Bailey and its sister organization, South Street Strategy Group, to create a three-year strategic plan that would be refreshed annually to remain dynamically aligned the needs of our stakeholders. In the spring of 2017, Peirce College's Executive Leadership Team and Board of Trustees completed their annual review and second refresh of the College's strategic plan, establishing priorities for the next three years. This 2017-2020 strategic plan summary highlights the evolution of the strategic plan and the priorities and strategies identified for fiscal year2017-2018 and beyond. Through the strategic planning process, it was determined that Peirce continues to be well-positioned to meet the changing needs of the higher education marketplace and equip adult learners to fulfill workforce needs in a personalized, student-centered environment successfully.
