Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary (ATS) offer a doctoral program and 40 master degree programs. At Nyack, you will experience exceptional teaching and a caring community. You will be equipped and personally transformed. You will learn across various instructional formats—including classroom-based courses, seminars, fieldwork, and research projects. Programs are offered in a flexible format, often meeting in the late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Some programs are offered in a blended format (online and in-class), and many are offered entirely online. The Nyack College Counseling Center is dedicated to helping you during your college experience in achieving healing and healthy progressive personal development. We provide free, short-term, confidential (fullest extent allowable by law) counseling in a supportive and safe environment through individual, couple, and group sessions. NYACK'S founder is widely recognized as one of the foremost figures in the American missionary movement. Dr. A.B. Simpson resigned from a prestigious New York City pastorate to develop an interdenominational fellowship devoted to serving unreached people. Simpson's view was shared by a broad group of men and women, including mainline church leaders, laborers, and theological scholars.
