We aim to graduate from our College as confident and compassionate young adults, well-equipped to take their place in the world. We seek to foster a commitment to Jesus Christ and a passion for living life in such a way as to bring honor and glory to God. We are a large and established Pre Kindergarten to Year 12 school community in Perth's northern corridor. At LJBC, we understand the importance of choosing the right school for your children. Our strong academic record is one part of our story. Many of our students have achieved the state's top results in examination subjects as they prepare for University. Many of our students have achieved well in subjects that prepare them for careers in the industry. Our students enjoy working with their caring and purposeful teachers who deliver strong academic foundations, quality teaching relationships, and exciting learning opportunities. We have a Bring Your Device program, but we are also equipped with technology rich labs and resource rich facilities. Our campus is well presented, and our building programs consider green space, functionality, and the aesthetics of the modern design. Our curriculum suite for our co-educational environment is extensive. The College also offers a balanced experience of exceptional co-curricular programs inclusive of Sports, Creative and Performing Arts, Cultural and Academic tours to overseas countries, and opportunities for community service contributions both locally and internationally. We are a Christian school. Our motto derived from Micah 6:8 is 'Seek Wisdom, act Justly, and love Mercy.' Our school's work embraces our Christian faith, and we declare that Christ is central to our identity with ultimate ownership and sovereignty over our school. We have a professional team of support and administrative staff, and we have a strong and large College Leadership Team. The College Leadership Team consults holistically regarding the organizational function of our school. Our Heads of Learning, Heads of House, Mentors, Primary Leaders, Directors, and Co-ordinators are responsible for engaging student voice and opinion, building leadership programs, facilitating quality teacher training, and progressing the connectedness of our school. The College Management Team is our College Executive and works to enable operations, innovations, programs, and policies. This team impacts the cultural organization and identity of the College.
