Digital Hollywood University has offered advanced education where students can develop the skills to thrive in the future since its establishment, anticipating that society will see the most significant transformation in the twenty-first century. The creation and sharing of knowledge have always been a part of humankind's history and is a hallmark of a highly evolved civilization and culture. Digital Hollywood University was established with the philosophy to develop human resources capable of further advancing the human ability to express knowledge and communicate with others to ensure human prosperity. Following the Basic Act on Education, the University'sUniversity's mission is to develop human resources that can contribute broadly to society's development and the realization of associated research and development. As a university under the School Education Act, we will offer higher education based on three concepts: authenticity, morality, beauty, and ugliness. The School of Digital Communications focuses on teaching creativity, ICT, and English as basics of the instruction and structured research into cultural accomplishments and the acquisition of specialized academic knowledge. The UniversityUniversity aims to nurture human resources who possess the judgment, creativity, and communication abilities to contribute to global society. The DHU education program places a strong emphasis on understanding digital communication and using computers in creative projects. Throughout the four years of study at the UniversityUniversity, the curriculum will encourage students to consider how their creative work influences society to offer more excellent usability. We promote students' personal growth as people by exposing them to new ideas and concepts in our unique curriculum. Unique richness serves as the driving force to generate future career paths. DHU had introduced active learning approaches from the initial year of the establishment a decade ago. As the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology advocated its implementation to universities. Also, DHU has been working to improve teaching by implementing faculty development programs. Through study abroad support, collaboration with corporations, financial support for graduation projects, meticulous support for international students, and entrepreneurship support, DHU provides a learning environment of significant potential and opportunities. Regardless of whether you currently possess digital knowledge and skills or not, the crucial element is whether you wish to create something.
