We offer quality education to students throughout the country through our accredited online learning program. Our online Master of Education program is available to educators who hold an undergraduate degree in education or an accredited university's educational endorsement. To be accepted into this program, you must also have a current teaching certificate and verify current teaching employment that includes at least 20 hours per week. Our Master of Education courses is carefully designed to provide relevant content that can often be immediately used in a teacher's classroom. Our online master's degree in education format allows teachers the flexibility to learn when it is convenient. Also, we understand that teachers need access to affordable education, which is why we strive to keep our tuition costs competitive. Graceland University was established as Graceland College in 1895 by the RLDS Church (now Community of Christ) in Lamoni, Iowa. Land for the college was donated by church members, with the first 20 acres given by Marietta Walker, after whom Walker Hall is named. View full university
