Cherwell College Oxford is an independent co-educational boarding and day school located at the center of Oxford, for students aged between 12 and 19 years of age. We offer a bespoke educational provision with a wide range of A-Level and (I)GCSE courses, accelerated one-year, fast-track A level and IGCSE programs, as well as short-term revision, pre-GCSE, and pre-A level courses in the summer. We strongly support and believe in each individual's unique development, and strive to ensure that all of our students achieve their fullest potential. Cherwell College follows the Oxford and Cambridge tutorial-style method of teaching. This is seen by many as the gold standard of UK education as students can have their unique needs met and engage deeply with their tutors and subject material. The tutorial system at Cherwell College, which mirrors that of Oxford University, encourages our students to be independent thinkers and to become inspired to learn. Our prestigious location is in the very heart of Oxford at St George's Mansion - a magnificent five-story Edwardian building offering breath-taking views over Oxford and comprises a suite of tutorial and lecture rooms, a supervised study area, a library, and a common room. We are also developing customized teacher training programs in China to build vocational, further education teaching teams in several regions.
