Founded in 1952, St. Andrew thrives on all our students' curiosity, enthusiasm, and diversity. Whether entering our doors as a new Lower School, Middle School, or Upper School student, every child is embraced by our faculty and staff and encouraged to learn, explore, and enjoy the benefits of devoted teachers and administrators who focus on every child, every day.
That focus revolves around four main pillars: Scholar, Artist, Athlete, and Servant. All students have the opportunity to explore success in academics, the arts, on the field or courts, and as community servants. St. Andrew's believes in the qualities of all four areas and has developed the curriculum to support a richly diverse, challenging, and invigorating learning environment for all our students.

This vision of an Episcopal school with a strong sense of family and togetherness brought the school to life when it first began in a small house on Pearl Street in 1952. More than 60 years later, with two beautiful campuses in Austin, thirteen grades, and more than 900 students, St. Andrew still strives to inspire, enlighten, and ultimately graduate young men and women who can think critically, are passionate learners, and joyful servant leaders in their communities.
