When the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary opened Marian High School in 1959, they dreamed of continuing their tradition of offering young women in the metropolitan Detroit area the finest Catholic education possible. They believed that young women needed and desired the challenge of an excellent academic program in the classroom accompanied by a commitment to serve others in the world beyond the classroom. We cherish that vision as we look toward the future.
For 60 years, members of our faculty and staff have committed themselves to create an environment marked by academic excellence and a Christian community.
