Bede’s Senior School is an independent HMC day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 13-18.
Located in the rural Sussex village of Upper Dicker just outside the South Downs National Park, the School currently educates 760 pupils, 300 of whom board in our five boarding houses.
With a holistic philosophy that puts the individual first and gives equal priority to academic, co-curricular, and pastoral aspects of life, Bede’s is an unashamedly modern school that steadfastly refuses to top-slice its intake, believing instead that it can draw the academic potential from all children.
