Al Maha boys are one of three academies that come under the umbrella of the Ta’allum Group. The academy comprises of three schools, Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary each led by their respective heads. The Primary school (years 1 – 6) is the largest of our three schools and has just over 1000 students. The secondary school has just over 500 students with students completing their IGCSEs, AS Levels, and Qatar Thanawia by the end of year 12. The academy employs over 250 members of staff both academic and non-academic.
Our mission is to be a premier educational institute that is committed to a unique brand of holistic education. Our goal is to help every child to learn and acquire Islamic knowledge alongside building a solid foundation in all academic subjects. This will help them develop and gain true Islamic values and thereby make a valuable, correct moral and social contribution to the community in which they live. “Creative learners today, our future leaders tomorrow”
We aspire to be a progressive institute that provides learning experiences by offering a quality education based on an Islamic ethos that aims to serve humanity. Academic Leaders with Islamic values are the characteristic hallmarks of our students. At Al Maha Boys Academy we believe that to ensure all our students achieve at the highest level we need to actively support them through curriculum and enrichment in developing the right characteristics. This is what distinguishes our students from others. We aim to ensure that all students in Al Maha Academy for Boys achieve the highest standards and graduate successfully to Thanawia and on to university or a chosen, aspirational career path.
We seek to ensure that all students who are admitted to the school will thrive in an environment of high academic expectations. Our school provides an exceptional standard of education to children from all around the world. We offer the British National Curriculum. This year we welcome students from Nursery - Year 12* with plans for natural growth up to Year 13.
