The Shalom Way is a whole-school framework that helps create positive learning environments. This is achieved by developing proactive systems to define, teach, and support student behaviors appropriate for our school environment. Teaching the Shalom Way during classes is essential, discussing how we can show respect, our responsibilities, and our rights in different environments around the school.

At Shalom Christian College, it is our privilege to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to achieve positive futures by providing high-quality education and real pathway opportunities. We are committed to providing an inclusive approach to education and catering for our First Nations Peoples from Prep to Year 6. We work closely with families to improve the academic, spiritual, and cultural outcomes for all students in our care.

Shalom Christian College has adopted the school-wide positive behavior framework to promote positive success and help students, staff, and families to create a welcoming and supportive environment. The Shalom Way has three expectations of Respect, Rights, and Responsibilities. To empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to achieve positive futures by providing high-quality education and real pathway opportunities. We aim to achieve this vision by:
