Rattaché au service Laboratoire, vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe composée de 47 personnes   Vos challenges : Assistant du responsable Maintenance Laboratoire vos missions seront les suivantes: Gestion des plannings de maintenance des bancs d’essais laboratoire (environ 100 moyens d’essai) Mise en place d'un nouveau logiciel de centralisation de documents pour simplifier l'accès aux équipes. Mission: The test & validation leader is responsible to build the Design Validation & review (DV&R), to conduct overall product test and validation activities (including electronic contents) within R&D team, all along the project, from RFQ phase to last validation phases. Also to ensure product conformity and robustness. Your responsibilities:  - Define the product test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis (PCA, PHA, DFMEA, R&D Metiers Fix-Variable-Specific analysis). - Support the project team for compatibility matrix & risk analysis, with contribution of the product family validation standard owner up from the project acquisition phase. - Documents Design Validation plan including environmental validation test plan and functional validation test plan with the product architect, based on defined test strategy. - Plan & quotate at CAA (Contract Application Approval)  with the R&D Project Team Member all necessary actions to run the Design Validation as: number of parts, jiggs, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs (characterization, reliability), potential external test costs. - Secure that validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments: ​Validation data (technical and system requirements, simulation reports, technical inputs for testing…) to be supplied by the product architect and metier design leaders Labs means availability (tests equipment, mission profiles, skills, certified suppliers for sub contracting tests)  State that test prerequisites checklist are documented with part level maturity at each DV step. - Coordinates all product integrations and validation activities (regulations, functional, system, optics, mechanics, EE tests including EMC, craftsmanship, vehicle tests), whatever the laboratory involved, whatever if managed internally or externally to supply the validation deliverables. - Secure reports archiving in TMT. - Report issues at the first level of analysis and progress through Design Validation & Review dashboard (KPIs). - Reports project validation risks assessment to the R&D PTM in Design Validation phase.  - Responsible of RAISE Validation metier review management. - Capitalize on product risks and reports all capitalization data to the product family Test & Validation standard owner. - Release the DV&R with validation status to be approved by the Test & Validation Manager and provide the design validation & review report to the R&D PTM . Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment⦁    Participate to the definition of, and implement the process, methods and the tools necessary to properly handle new/future projects and new/future Technologies (in line with TDP)⦁    Deploy the Engineering process, methodology and tools defined by / together with the Métier Mngr / Dir⦁    Ensure the full deployment of 5 axes methodology⦁    Support the Certification process (Audits, ASpice, …) Networking⦁    Participate to and support the Product Architecture and Systems Engineering network⦁    Participate to the improvement of the standards, methods & tools related to Product Architecture and Systems Engineering Standardization & Robust Design⦁    Support RAISE team by ensuring knowledge, training and implementation of the standards⦁    Participates in the elaboration of standards with RAISE and actively participate to Design reviews⦁    Review and challenge Destandardization requests before release⦁    Ensure all Projects are 100% covered by regular Métier Design Reviews and monitor appropriate Action Plan follow up (under RAISE coordination)⦁    Lead the review of RED Box Incident after detection from Design Review Process⦁    Ensure that each single design is achieving the highest level of Robust design. Resources / Footprint⦁    Centralize information on all existing resources in his region⦁    Define the assignment of resources for a new project and support the project team in priorities management.⦁    Identify, create synergies and ensure optimum use of all resources⦁    Identify the needs in terms of dedicated and shared resources.
