For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com Job Role – Scrum Master Work Location – USA lisle, Illinois Salary Range – $90K - $140K Job Description Scrum Master Responsibilities: • Manage product and project production timelines using outlines and timelines to meet deadlines, supporting your team in doing their best work. • Work with associated teams to ensure effective design and implementation, as well as validation and QA to make the project meet outlined requirements. • Organize and facilitate sprints, daily scrums, necessary meetings, and team stand-ups to effectively maintain the project timeline and address any issues head-on. • Lead the team in learning Agile methodologies to help them produce their best work and maintain productivity goals. • Review team members as required and make adjustments when necessary to ensure adherence to project turnaround times. • Adhere to the project lifecycle based on projections and course correct as needed, collaborating with team mates to ensure deadlines are met and issues are addressed. • Establish Scrum Master best practices for the larger team. • Act as a liaison between your team and management, the client, and stakeholders as needed, communicating project timelines and deadlines in an efficient manner. • Create progress documentation as needed for management and assist the team in addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. • Identify key KPIs during the project lifecycle and address opportunities to improve with team support. • Work with the team to elevate their scrum maturity and review their work after sprints to ensure it meets the project requirements. • Work in conjunction with various associated teams to address any backlogs, handle any new requests, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Stay current with industry best practices and implement changes where applicable. Ideal Candidate should have: • 2+ years of experience in a scrum master role; living and breathing the scrum values. • Must be ready to work in hybrid model (Office location - Lisle, Illinois) • Proven experience serving as a scrum master on a cross-functional team. • Scrum master certification preferred. • Nice to have Azure DevOps (ADO board) experience. • Nice to have Scaled Agile framework knowledge • The ability to observe, identify, and strategize on both an individual and team level. You can see the core issues and work with the team to solve them. • The heart to lead with empathy, always putting yourself in another’s shoes. • The ability to clearly understand the professional and personal needs of each contributor, acting as the ‘glue’ for your team. • The ability to understand the impacts of what you are observing (business, team, client, and culture). • The skill to capture the essential information discussed when recapping meetings. • The expertise to mentoring teams on self-management. • An eye for scope validating and forecasting to keep the team on track. • Proven mastery with client and team communications.     Job Description L3 Support BAU 1. Configuration Management: a. Support Application Build and perform deployment b. WebSphere application server administration, which includes data source, Webserver configuration, Site Minder configuration, LDAP Configuration, JMS, Topic, Queue, Listener Port, LDAP configuration c. Support and contribute to Application server and Webserver Performance Tuning d. Support Application/Web Server Security and Application security configuration e. MSPKI/ Verisign/ third party application Certificate request/renewal and configuration at Web server and Application server level f. Support application team in setting up NDM, HSM, Luna, monitoring g. Service start / stop h. Configuration of JMS, Topic, Queue & Listener Port. i. Decommission of services j. Test, deploy, integrate, deploy, manage support application availability k. Initial troubleshooting for Application not Responding, deployment failures, basic WebLogic/WebSphere/webserver issues & escalate to L3 for further analysis. 2. System Monitoring: a. Monitoring is expected across multiple platforms (as an example (App-Dynamics, ITRS , ITM, K20, SMD, SPLUNK etc.) this is not an exhaustive list b. Work in with Integration team to setup and support monitoring tools c. Perform periodic health check and business readiness checks of the Production and Non-Production environments. 3. Deployment Management: a. Support Application Deployment using manual / Automated (CICD) deployment b. RLM/U-Deploy Jobs creation and deployments c. Input file creation for SSD deployment d. Provide 24x7 Coverage, if required, for any application. 4. Patch Management: a. Upgrade/ I-Fix/ Patching Middleware components (VTM, GEM etc.) within the timeline b. Install and upgrade JDK, SSO packages c. Support asset vulnerability remediation (VTM) through green zones for in scope applications 5. Continuity management: a. Build initial playbooks for identified recovery scenarios b. Schedule and facilitate regular recovery testing within the CTI COB testing requirements c. Drive automation of service recovery procedures d. Asset and Configuration management e. Develop initial end to end documentation of in-scope services f. Support asset lifecycles activities (EOL/EOVS) for in-scope applications 6. BCM/FIM management and remediation: a. Inventory and reconciliation in Citi systems. b. Compliant to BCM and FIM requirements c. Remediation of BCM and FIM exceptions within the timeline 7. ITIL Management: a. Middleware component configuration b. Interact with Development Team, Subject Matter Experts & other groups to report findings and suggestions. c. Participate in Development calls to understand new releases and initiatives. d. Weekly /Monthly reports and MOR e. Activity Signoff mails from Application team f. Centralized tracking of SSL certs and renewal g. Incident management including root cause analysis. h. Raising Cases and provide logs/basic information to vendor for Middleware issues i. Scripting j. Management Meetings 8. Incident and problem management: a. Receive escalation from L2 b. Create and track problem records with Problem management and close out within SLA c. Lead thorough root cause analysis and facilitate engagement from all L3 teams d. Review of all major tickets to determine areas of efficiencies and improvements. 9. External Provider Management: a. Creation, tracking and follow up of support tickets with external vendors within SLA b. Build & BAU support c. BAU builds / change execution d.
