ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Manage day-to-day cost management activities for a multi-phase data center program, ensuring commercial rigor and compliance with project requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day cost management activities for a multi-phase data center program. Prepare and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates across multiple packages and stages. Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial construction projects. Strong skills in cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control systems. Good understanding of procurement processes, construction contracts, and commercial risk.
