The primary responsibility of the Cost Architect is to drive Shared Services’ financial view in all Sales stages – from indicative costing for RFP responses to final costing for contracting. The CA is responsible for driving standard costs using the cost model and for engaging the Service Lines to estimate nonstandard requirements.
