Are you excited to drive high-visibility, long term Supply Chain plans to help Amazon meet future operational and analytics needs?

Looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and technology experience to join our Amazon Mexico FBA (Fulfiment by Amazon) team. We offer our Selling Partners the option to use our Partnered Carrier program (PCP) to inbound their inventory into our Fulfiment Centers. You would lead that program, with a view to ensure high level of service. This position partners with several functional groups such as supply chain optimization, fulfillment technology, sales, operations, transportation, and several other key stakeholders throughout the process.

As a Program Manager, you will dive deep in the data to audit operations and processes, drive and implement ideas that drive continuous improvement, and contribute to technical product building and implementation. This position provides opportunities to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization. You will also be in daily contact with Operations teams on the floor, being able to connect your strategy to the reality.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

Basic Qualifications:

- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
