We are looking for a Carrier Sourcing Specialist to join our team!

As an integral part of the Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team, the Carrier Sourcing Specialist will drive various Capacity Acquisition initiatives within a specific geographical market. The Relay Supply & Performance (RSP) team work alongside Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance teams and externally with service providers, offering business and logistics expertise to ensure optimal delivery of service solutions. The successful candidate will successfully drive ongoing projects within the Capacity Acquisition and draw path for new projects in collaboration with required stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
• Work on tactical plans to solve capacity at a country/regional level
• Build intelligence on market conditions and upcoming risks to influence capacity decisions
• Drive Sourcing strategy and execution of critical periods, in sync with Program teams, Procurement and Carrier Management
• Continuous Improvement Management with stakeholders and development of SOPs
• Project support ensuring RSP requirements are communicated & executed
• Work across the EU in a cross-functional environment

The ability to remain flexible and adapt to learning new tools and systems is instrumental in your role on the team. Our environment is deadline driven, fast paced, and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable interacting and working with multiple teams (business and technical).

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

London, GBR

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Proven experience of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
