Are you passionate about education and technology and want to help define future experiences for the next generation of young creators? As a member of the Adobe Express for Education Product Marketing team, you will help educational institutions empower all students to be lifelong creators, using our creativity and productivity tools to craft their futures.

As an experienced product marketer, you will play a meaningful role in deepening and scaling Adobe’s educational reach to districts, schools, and classrooms, large and small. You'll have the opportunity to drive proliferation and active use, craft our scaled district and educator business strategies, and influence product roadmap and priorities. You'll work with cross-functional teams to build positioning and messaging, implement launch plans, and drive growth through field teams, marketing, partners, and scaled educational Adobe programs. We are looking for someone who is not only have interest and experience in education technology, but also has a deep understanding of educator, admin, and student needs.

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Scaled product experience: partner closely with product and go-to-market teams to create self-service, scalable product experiences that best meet the needs of admins, educators and students.

  • Positioning and Messaging: Craft clear and compelling messaging strategies to highlight the value propositions of Adobe Express.

  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify local trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in various target regions.

  • Cross-team strategic vision setting and collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the seamless integration of scaled strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in Product Marketing

  • Experience scaling SaaS B2B/B2G segments, improving business operations and product experiences to meet customers at scale

  • Experience setting strategies, leading multiple initiatives, and driving to hit objectives in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer-centric approach and desire to be a voice of our customers within Adobe

  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals with a collaborative team

  • Exceptional, clear, and empathetic communication and presentation skills

  • Strong work ethic, combining bias toward action with innovative thinking

  • Education, education technology, and SaaS B2B experience preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
